Box Office Doors will open 1 hour Prior to show times.

Theater Seating will begin 30 minutes before showtimes. 

 

Exchange Policy

No refunds on tickets once purchased. Tickets can be exchanged for equal or lesser value seats to a different performance day/time for the same titled show as originally purchased, provided that there are enough open seats to do so. Tickets cannot be guaranteed to be the same location/row as originally bought on an exchange. However we will do our best. No refunds on price differences for exchanged tickets. This includes balcony seating. Exchanges only. No refunds.

Late Seating Policy

Late seating will be allowed up to 15 minutes passed listed show times. After which any late seating will be done at the Box Office management’s discretion in the best interests of the production and viewing patrons.
