A Night of Dancing and Music
Seraphim is proud to announce their very first fund raiser! This lush New Years Gala will surely be a night to remember! The evening will feature Dave Martinson’s Big Band! The 17-piece orchestra is ready to send you back in time with their fantastic rhythms. Be sure to wear your dancing shoes because a large dance floor will be at the ready for you to move and sway on with your favorite beau. Hor D’ourvers and drinks will be served throughout the evening. You can purchase tickets for yourself or buy a whole table and fill it with your closest friends to ring in the New Year. This will be a formal event. Our goal is to offer Rapid City a classy evening of elegance and grace.
Q: How do I purchase a table?
A: When you purchase a ticket, we will put you at a table with your friends and family, with table that can hold 2, 4 or 6 people. If you buy tickets separately from friends/family that you would like to share a table with, you can leave a comment on your purchase and we will do our best to seat you together!
Q: What time does the event start? End?
A: The Gala will begin at 8:00pm and will end at 1:00am
Q: What will be provided with the purchase of a ticket to the event?
A: You will not only gain access to the event, but all that the event has to offer. You can enjoy our refreshments and Hors d'oeuvres while listening to the 17 piece orchestra playing in the main area. The event will also include a dance floor and silent auction items and a 50/50 drawing after midnight.
Q: What age is recommended for the event? Can I bring my kids?
A: This is a family friendly event, so families are more than welcome and encouraged to come! Although this is a family friendly event, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
EVENT LAYOUT
The event will consist of multiple different seating arrangements, with tables of two, four and six. When your tickets are purchased, you will be automatically sat with the other tickets of your purchase. For example, if you buy 4 tickets, those 4 tickets will be sat together at a table of 4.
If you would like to sit next to someone that you aren't buying a ticket with, please specify that you would like to sit together in the notes of your order, and we will make sure to seat you together.
